Job Details

We are looking for a Accountant to join our growing IT company in Sharjah (Saif Zone). The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and be familiar with accounting software, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and general financial and administrative processes.
The candidate will support the finance and accounting function and ensure that financial records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with applicable UAE regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily accounting transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
* Assist with monthly reports and financial closing.
Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
* Assist with payroll and employee-related accounting.
* Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE laws in Sharjah Saif Zone.
* Perform other accounting duties as required.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience; UAE experience is preferred.
* Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems such as Zoho Books, Tally, Sage, or similar applications.
* Good understanding of UAE VAT and basic knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred
* Previous experience in a UAE-based company.
* Experience with VAT filing and Corporate Tax compliance.
* Experience handling accounts for company.
* Familiarity with UAE payroll and employee-related accounting processes.

NB: Preferred candidates having knowledge about sharjah saif zone or had experience in any free zone in uae (salary Max 5000/-
