Job Details
We are seeking a disciplined and results-driven Professional Crypto Trader to manage and execute live capital trading across cryptocurrency markets. The ideal candidate has a proven, verifiable track record in live crypto trading, exceptional risk discipline, and deep technical market expertise across spot and derivatives platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Execution: Execute live orders across top-tier cryptocurrency exchanges and OTC desks with high execution speed and minimal slippage.
Strategy Execution: Deploy directional, swing, arbitrage, and price-action strategies across crypto spot, perpetual swaps, futures, and options.
Risk & Capital Management: Strictly apply position sizing, leverage controls, stop-loss limits, and drawdown constraints to protect firm capital.
Market Analysis: Perform real-time technical analysis, order flow tracking, liquidity/order book monitoring, and on-chain metrics analysis.
Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed trade logs, monitor daily/monthly PnL metrics, and present execution performance reports to management.
Key Skills Required:
Crypto Platforms: Binance, Bybit, OKX, TradingView, DEX protocols/aggregators
Trading Instruments: Crypto Spot, Perpetual Swaps, Futures, and Options
Core Competencies: Technical Analysis, Price Action, Order Flow & Level 2 Data, On-Chain Analytics, Risk Management, Leverage & Drawdown Control
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of active, verifiable live trading experience in Cryptocurrency markets.
- Proven profitable track record with documented PnL history.
- Strong emotional discipline and strict adherence to risk parameters.
- Based in Dubai/UAE
Additional Information:
- Compensation & Terms: Performance-based profit split/PnL bonuses, and specific operational details will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
