I am writing to express my interest in the Housekeeping Supervisor position within your esteemed organization. In my previous role as a Housekeeping Supervisor with ADNOC Offshore, I worked for two and a half years in a demanding offshore environment where precision, professionalism, and attention to detail were essential. One of my key responsibilities involved managing VIP arrivals, including senior executives and the Vice President of ADNOC Offshore. We ensured that all VIP accommodations were prepared to the highest standards, with every detail carefully arranged, including room preparation, flower arrangements, and welcome drinks. Although these guests often occupied their rooms for only a short period, we maintained uncompromising quality and presentation, understanding that excellence is reflected in every detail. Following the completion of their meetings, we also coordinated and facilitated their departures to the island airport. This experience strengthened my ability to perform under pressure, manage high-profile expectations, and consistently deliver world-class hospitality services.
In my current role as a Soft Services Supervisor, I supervise a team of 4 Supervisors and oversee approximately 140 staff members responsible for housekeeping, cleaning operations, and related soft services. I am accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and client requirements.
My responsibilities include managing daily cleaning operations, conducting routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards, and monitoring workforce productivity, attendance, and performance to ensure operational efficiency. I also implement cost-control measures, optimize manpower allocation, and reduce operational expenses while maintaining service excellence.
In addition, I review and monitor maintenance complaints submitted by Supervisors and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution. I prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review, while training, coaching, and mentoring Supervisors and staff to enhance their performance and service delivery. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, handling client concerns, conducting quality audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives are also key aspects of my role.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led large multicultural teams, maintained excellent customer satisfaction, and achieved operational targets through effective planning, communication, and hands-on supervision.
