With 21 years of overall professional experience, including 12 years of valuable experience in the UAE and 9 years 7 months in India, I have developed strong skills in sales support, customer service, inventory management, order processing, product handling, stock control, and day-to-day business operations.
In my previous experience as a Sales & Inventory Assistant, I was responsible for assisting customers with product enquiries, understanding their requirements, supporting product selection, processing orders, and ensuring products were accurately prepared for dispatch. I have experience locating, picking, checking, and preparing products while maintaining timely fulfilment and high customer service standards.
My inventory management experience includes maintaining accurate inventory records, inspecting and verifying incoming goods against delivery documents, identifying and reporting expired or damaged products, conducting physical stock counts, ensuring timely replenishment, and maintaining organised storage areas. I am also experienced in FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation to support proper inventory control and minimise product wastage.
In addition to sales and inventory responsibilities, my extensive professional background has provided me with strong communication, coordination, administrative, data entry, and customer service skills. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with additional experience in Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sales reports, and AR Ageing reports. I also have experience with TallyPrime, which enables me to support sales and inventory-related administrative activities effectively.
My 12 years of UAE work experience have given me valuable exposure to professional workplace practices and the importance of customer satisfaction, accuracy, teamwork, stock availability, and timely completion of responsibilities.
