Job Details
I am a sales and customer service professional with over 6 years of experience in Dubai/UAE, with a strong background in tourism, travel operations, sales, customer handling, and guest relations. I am currently seeking a suitable opportunity as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Executive, where I can use my experience to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Throughout my career, I have handled international customers, tour package sales, lead generation, negotiations, upselling, payments, customer complaints, cancellations and refunds. I have also worked closely with suppliers, tour operators, hotels, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
My experience includes CRM management, sales follow-ups, preparing daily Excel sales reports, itinerary and package planning, client relationship management, and sales/marketing support. Working with customers from different nationalities has also helped me develop strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
I also hold a UAE Automatic Driving Licence and am available to join immediately.
