With 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative & Cashier at Lulu Hypermarket, Kuwait, along with experience in telesales and customer-facing roles in Dubai, I am confident in my ability to provide excellent customer service and contribute to your store’s sales performance.

During my time at Lulu Hypermarket, I developed strong skills in customer service, product assistance, cash handling, billing, and handling customer enquiries. My experience in telesales also strengthened my communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills. These experiences have taught me how to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, handle objections professionally, and create a positive shopping experience.

I am currently working as a Patrolling Officer with Transguard in Dubai, where I have further developed my discipline, communication, teamwork, responsibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. However, my long-term career goal is to return to the sales and retail industry, where my previous customer service and sales experience can be used more effectively.
