I currently work as a Food Safety Officer with Southern Food and Catering Service LLC (SFCS), providing food safety services for the ADNOC Onshore contract in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.

In my current role, I am responsible for HACCP implementation, ISO 22000:2018 compliance, food hygiene inspections, internal audits, staff training, microbiological test review, documentation, and corrective and preventive actions.
