Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the Area Manager / Multi-Unit Manager – QSR position. With 16+ years
of UAE experience across QSR, restaurant, catering, and food service operations, I bring strong expertise
in multi-unit management, P&L accountability, sales growth, cost control, operational excellence, and

In my most recent role with Alhawi Foodstuff Trading LLC, I managed the operational performance of up to 10
restaurant locations, working closely with Restaurant Managers and frontline teams to achieve business,
operational, financial, and customer-service objectives.

My responsibilities included P&L management, sales and
KPI performance, labour and food cost control, inventory management, waste reduction, recruitment and training,
vendor coordination, food safety, SOP compliance, and operational audits.

to 20–50% revenue growth and approximately 15% reduction in operating expenses through focused
performance management, cost optimization, inventory control, labour planning, waste reduction, and consistent
execution of operational standards.

inventory levels, and cost-saving initiatives.

and consistent execution across multiple locations.
