With over 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a restaurant manager, restaurant supervisor and restaurant accountant including approximately 9 years of professional experience in Dubai and 2 years in my home country, I have developed strong expertise in restaurant operations, team management, customer service, food safety, cost control, and business development.
Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of hotel and restaurant concepts and cuisines, including Arabic, Yemeni, Lebanese, Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, Continental, and QSR operations. This diverse experience has enabled me to adapt quickly to different business concepts, operational standards, customer expectations, and multicultural working environments.
I am currently working as a Restaurant Manager in Dubai, where I am responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, recruitment and training, inventory and purchasing, cost control, food quality, hygiene, and overall operational performance.
My key areas of expertise include:
*)Complete FOH, BOH and delivery operations management
*)Staff recruitment, training, supervision, performance management and counselling
*)Customer service, complaint handling and problem resolution
*)Food safety, hygiene and quality management
*)Inventory management, purchasing and stock control
*)Menu development, modification, costing and pricing
*)Restaurant pre-opening operations and setup
*)Business development, market research and modern marketing strategies
In addition, I hold a valid UAE/Dubai driving licence, valid Dubai food safety training PIC Level 3 certificate and possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic, allowing me to work effectively with multicultural teams and customers.
