Job Details

Hiring Manager,

With 24 years of total work experience, including 7 years in the UAE across different sectors and 4 years of Camp Boss experience in India, I bring practical knowledge of labour accommodation management, HSE, maintenance coordination, worker welfare, inspections, and daily operations.

For example, when workers reported maintenance problems in their accommodation, I coordinated with the relevant technicians, followed up on corrective action, and ensured the issues were resolved to maintain safe and comfortable living conditions. I believe a good Camp Boss must identify problems early, act promptly, and maintain discipline, hygiene, and worker satisfaction.

I am currently on a UAE visit visa, with an exit/validity date of 18 December 2026, and my earliest joining date is immediately, subject to the required employment formalities.

Sir, I sincerely request just one opportunity to prove my abilities. I may be new to Camp Boss work in the UAE, but I bring experience, maturity, determination, and a willingness to learn. One opportunity could change my life, and I am ready to repay your trust through hard work, loyalty, and measurable results.
