Dear Hiring Manager,

My name is BHIMASEN BALANAik, and I am a CNC & VTL Operator cum Setter with around 10 years of total experience in CNC and VTL turning center operations, including approximately 6 years of hands-on CNC experience.

I am currently working in Dubai and have practical experience in CNC and VTL machine operation, setting, tool selection, insert setting, job zero/reference setting, offset correction, and 2D programming. I have experience working with Fanuc and Siemens control systems and can understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, machining requirements, and basic drawing symbols.

My key skills include CNC and VTL machine setting and operation, 2D programming, tool and insert selection, workpiece setting, tool offset adjustment, job zero setting, dimensional inspection, and maintaining required accuracy during production. I am also familiar with quality inspection using conventional and digital measuring instruments and can make necessary corrections during machining to achieve the required dimensions.

Throughout my experience, I have worked with different machining requirements and production components, focusing on accuracy, productivity, safety, and maintaining good machine and work quality. I am comfortable working independently as well as as part of a production team.

I am currently looking for a suitable opportunity with a reputed manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, or precision machining company where I can use my CNC and VTL experience and further develop my technical skills.
