I’m a CRM and lifecycle marketing professional with over four years of B2C experience, and I’m currently based in Dubai, actively exploring opportunities in digital marketing, CRM, and content. I’ve built my career around one core belief: that the right message, delivered to the right person at the right moment, is what turns a casual user into a loyal customer — and I bring that thinking to everything I do.
At Bajaj Finserv, one of India’s leading financial services companies, I managed end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels — handling everything from audience segmentation and journey design to content planning and performance reporting. I worked with large, diverse customer bases and learnt how to balance personalisation at scale with commercial outcomes like retention, upsell, and reactivation. Prior to that, at Capita, I optimised digital content for major UK retail brands including Next and Debenhams, sharpening my ability to craft messaging that resonates across different customer segments and channels.
On the tools side, I’m well-versed in CRM platforms including Braze, CleverTap, and Iterable, and I have hands-on experience with automation workflows, Liquid logic, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics. I’m comfortable working cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams, and I bring both strategic thinking and a strong attention to execution detail.
Having recently relocated to Dubai, I’m energised by the pace and ambition of the market here.
