• Import Documentation & Operations: Experienced in managing end-to-end import paperwork, Bills of Lading (B/L), Arrival Notices (CAN), Delivery Orders (D/O), and PortNet/EDO processing.
• Freight & Transport Coordination: Skilled in coordinating LCL/FCL shipments, vendor/carrier management, arrange trucking, permits, and connecting LCL transshipment cargo.
• Compliance & Safety: Proficient in Incoterms 2020 compliance, Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation, and MSDS/SDS verification.
• Systems & Software: Hands-on experience with Shipsoft CRM, customer data management, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
With a background handling high-volume international shipping operations, I bring strong problem-solving abilities, accuracy in record-keeping, and proactive communication.
