I am writing to express my interest in a Supply Chain and Logistics position within your organization. I am a B.Sc. Computer Science graduate with practical experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management, and shift supervision.

During my experience as a Shift Incharge at Zepto, I managed daily shift operations and order fulfillment, supervised warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and delivery teams, and ensured timely dispatch and SLA compliance. I also handled cash management, transport coordination, operational issues, and shift reporting. These responsibilities helped me develop strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced logistics environment.

I also have knowledge of inventory management, order processing and dispatch, supply chain coordination, data entry and documentation, and MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables. In addition, I have completed training in Supply Chain Management and Forklift & Heavy Crane Operations.

I am highly motivated to build my career in supply chain and logistics and contribute to efficient, timely, and safe movement of materials and finished goods.
