I am writing to express my interest in the IT Support Engineer position within your organisation. I have approximately one year of hands-on IT support experience gained in India, with practical knowledge of IT infrastructure, end-user support, networking, and system administration. I am currently based in Dubai and seeking an opportunity to contribute my technical skills to a professional team in the UAE.
In my previous role, I provided technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and end-user issues. My responsibilities included Microsoft 365 administration, Outlook and Microsoft Teams support, PST file creation, and email migration from Gmail to Outlook. I also worked with Active Directory user accounts and permissions, network troubleshooting, endpoint support, and server shifting, migration, and patching activities.
Additionally, I supported IT asset management, inventory tracking, hardware and software procurement, documentation, and vendor coordination. I understand the importance of timely issue resolution, accurate documentation, data security, and maintaining reliable IT services to minimise business disruption.
My technical skills include Microsoft 365, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, endpoint security, desktop support, and IT asset management. I am a quick learner with a problem-solving mindset, a responsible work ethic, and the ability to adapt to new technologies and working environments.
Although my professional experience was gained in India, I am eager to apply my knowledge, learn your organisation's processes, and build a long-term career in the UAE. I am open to suitable opportunities in IT Support, Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Network Support, and IT Asset Management.
