• CRM / Software Developer based in Dubai, UAE | Available for immediate joining.
• CRM Development – Experience developing customized CRM and business management systems to organize company operations, customer information, workflows and internal processes.
• Business Process Management – Building software around real business requirements, including records, approvals, task flows, user actions and operational processes.
• Customer & Company Data – Structured management of customer records, company information, contacts, activities, documents and business-related data.
• Admin Panels – Custom dashboards for administrators to manage users, records, settings, reports, permissions and system activities.
• User Management – Login systems, user accounts, roles, permissions, authentication and access-controlled features.
• Backend Development – PHP, Python, Flask, Node.js, REST APIs and server-side business logic.
• Database Development – MySQL and SQL, including database architecture, relationships, queries, filtering, data management and application integration.
• CRM Dashboards – Management dashboards, KPIs, summaries, reports, tables, search, filtering and business information views.
• Workflow Automation – Developing automated processes to reduce repetitive tasks and improve internal company workflows.
• API Integration – REST APIs, third-party services, authentication, external integrations and communication between CRM modules and other platforms.
• Airtable Integration – Experience connecting applications with Airtable for structured records, business data and workflow management.
• Dropbox Integration – Experience integrating Dropbox for document storage, file uploads, downloads and CRM-related document management.
• Document Management – Handling business documents, file uploads, storage, retrieval and integration with application workflows.
• Reporting & Analytics – SQL-based reporting, data analysis, dashboards, business reports and management information.
• Web-Based CRM – Responsive CRM interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React and Tailwind CSS.
• Python / Flask CRM Solutions – Experience creating lightweight business applications and API-driven systems using Python and Flask.
• Security & Authentication – User authentication, authorization, permissions, sessions and secure API communication.
• Deployment & Hosting – Linux, Nginx, hosting, domains, SSL, DNS, VPS environments, application deployment and maintenance.
• Production Experience – Independently developed, deployed and maintained 12+ live websites and applications, including business-focused systems.
• Enterprise Experience – Worked as the sole developer for APS Group, a Switzerland-based group of 12+ companies across maritime, real estate, technology and financial services.
• Complete CRM Lifecycle – Requirements → Database Design → UI → Backend → APIs → Testing → Deployment → Maintenance → Improvements.
• Additional Technologies – Java, C#, Node.js, PHP, Python, Flask, React, JavaScript, MySQL and SQL.
• Mobile Integration – Android development experience, useful for extending CRM systems into mobile applications and workflows.
• Education – Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering | CGPA: 9.07/10.
