In my current role as IT Administrator at Gentur Security LLC, I oversee the full IT operations for 70+ employees, including Microsoft 365 administration, FortiGate firewall and VPN management, Active Directory, network infrastructure, and CCTV systems. I have successfully reduced IT issue resolution times through improved support workflows, and I have led technology deployments for high-profile UAE events such as the New Year 2024 celebrations at Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall, where I implemented a real-time GPS tracking system for over 2,000 security personnel.
