company. I recently completed my BSc (Honors) in Computer Hardware Engineering at the
University Of Zimbabwe with 2.1 degree pass.

I am eager to transition my academic
knowledge and technical skills into a dynamic professional environment.
Throughout my studies, I have gained a strong foundation in hardware systems, networking,
troubleshooting and IT support. My coursework has equipped me with hands on experience in
system configuration, hardware maintenance and basic software integration. Additionally, my 2nd,
3rd and 4thyear project has further honed my problem-solving and project management abilities,
preparing me to contribute effectively in a real world IT setting.

During my internship at Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe, My responsibilities included adding
new users, devices to the network, configuring switches, firewalls and assisting users with
connectivity issues. I also delved into telecommunications by installing new telephone cables, setting
up telephone points, websites alterations and configuring the PABX and telephone devices. On the
hardware support front, I set up new printers, serviced those with issues, replaced and fixed mice,
keyboards, repaired desktop power supplies, and conducted hardware replacements.
