I bring over 12 years of experience across Telecom, IT, Mobility, and Life Sciences, working in global and regulated environments with a strong focus on delivery governance, program execution, and stakeholder management. My background includes leading cross-functional delivery portfolios, supporting Agile and hybrid delivery models, and establishing strong PMO governance frameworks.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for end-to-end SDLC delivery, Agile transformation initiatives, financial forecasting and controls (including EAC and variance management), risk and dependency management, and executive-level reporting. I work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure predictable delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
I am a Certified Scrum Master with hands-on experience in Agile delivery, release management, and scaled delivery environments. I bring a pragmatic and execution-focused approach to Agile, balancing flexibility with strong governance, accountability, and delivery discipline.
I am now seeking to progress into a broader delivery or management leadership role where I can contribute to building high-performing delivery organisations, strengthening execution excellence, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
