• Competency mapping, KRA frameworks, and performance appraisal systems
• Blue- and white-collar workforce management
• Visa and labour card processing
• Disciplinary case management and HR documentation (offer letters, NOCs, warning letters, salary certificates)

Education & Certification:
MBA, JBIMS Mumbai | Currently pursuing SHRM-SCP certification
