I am a dynamic HR professional with 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management, currently based in Dubai with immediate availability.
My experience includes managing end-to-end recruitment (job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination), onboarding and offboarding formalities, HRIS updates, employee records management, and payroll coordination at an IT firm in India.
