With over 3 years of hands-on HR experience across a Dubai healthcare company and an Indian IT firm, I am confident in my ability to contribute from Day 1 — particularly in areas that are critical to UAE HR operations: the UAE Visa Application Process, WPS (Wages Protection System), and MS Excel reporting.
At VisionPro Medcare Al Manara (Dubai), I directly managed the full UAE Visa Application Process for all clinic staff — coordinating with the PRO for new visas, renewals, Emirates ID applications, and medical insurance processing. I also processed monthly payroll through WPS with 100% accuracy and zero compliance issues across all employee documentation.

My MS Excel skills are applied daily — I build and maintain HR dashboards, pivot table reports, leave management trackers, headcount sheets, and payroll summaries. My Excel-based HR tracker was adopted company-wide for leave and headcount reporting.
