With over 14 years of professional experience spanning HR administration, employee coordination, operations management, and office administration, I have developed a strong foundation in supporting end-to-end HR functions and maintaining efficient workplace operations.
My experience includes onboarding and employee documentation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, recruitment support, employee communication, records management, and general HR administration. I am accustomed to working in fast-paced environments where professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
In addition to my corporate experience, my exposure to independent business and operations management has strengthened my leadership, multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
