During my internship as an HR Intern at Annamalai’s Toyota, I gained practical exposure to HR operations, including employee onboarding support, document verification, personnel file maintenance, interview scheduling coordination, attendance monitoring, and assistance with monthly payroll activities. I also supported daily HR administration and maintained recruitment-related records while liaising with college placement officers.
As part of an HR project at Oxina Motors, I conducted survey-based research on reward and recognition practices and their impact on employee performance and engagement. I used MS Excel to organize, sort, filter, and analyze data, and to create charts that presented the findings clearly. This experience strengthened my attention to detail and ability to manage information and report insights effectively.
