• Extensive expertise across diversified business environments including Telecommunications and Manufacturing.
• Proven track record of over a decade in Telecom domains encompassing Customer Service (Technical & Sales), Compensation & Policy Management, Performance Management, Training, and KPI development.
• Skilled in the formulation and implementation of Telecom policies and procedures, process design, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational structuring.
• Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as GPON, FTTH, RAN, and Wireless BSS.
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems in hybrid, multi-vendor, and multi-cloud environments, with a focus on evolving them into simpler, more agile, and efficient solutions.
• Adept at driving operational excellence and aligning business and technology strategies to deliver superior customer experiences.
