experience delivering residential, commercial, and high-rise structural projects, I bring a strong record of

Most recently, as Founder and Project Manager at Interioscapes, I led the delivery of 10 residential and
commercial interior fit-out projects, achieving on-time completion through milestone-based scheduling
and weekly subcontractor reviews. I introduced BOQ-based invoicing and phased payment milestones
that shortened the client billing cycle and reduced outstanding receivables, while consolidating vendor
relationships to lower material procurement costs across the project portfolio. Throughout, I maintained

I am proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel-based BOQ and cost tracking, and I am comfortable
managing multi-trade site teams, subcontractor supervision, and client and stakeholder relationships
from excavation through fit-out handover. I am currently in the UAE on a visit visa and available to join
immediately, with sponsorship support if required. While this would be my first role within the UAE
market specifically, I bring a proven and verifiable track record from comparable residential,
