Hi! I'm here to express my interest in teaching opportunities at your institution. I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature and have professional training in English language teaching, along with practical experience in lesson planning, classroom management, student support, and educational content development.

My approach to teaching combines clear instruction with learner-centred and contemporary teaching practices. I aim to create well-structured lessons that encourage students to participate, ask questions, think independently, and develop confidence in their abilities. I am particularly interested in working with diverse groups of learners and creating a classroom environment in which students with different abilities, backgrounds, and learning needs feel included and supported.

Through my teaching experience, I have worked to monitor student progress, identify areas where learners need additional support, and adapt my instruction accordingly. I am also comfortable using digital resources and creative learning activities to make lessons more engaging and relevant to students.

For me, teaching is about more than helping students pass an examination. Academic achievement is important, but good teaching should also help students develop confidence, curiosity, communication skills, discipline, and the ability to learn independently.
