coordination. In my current role as an Assistant Teacher in an administrative and
guest service capacity at City School Ajman, I manage visitor reception, coordinate
schedules, support events, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and
service standards. Previously, at Ajman American Private School, I worked closely
with parents, visitors, and staff to enhance customer experience, streamline operations,
and support event planning.
Additionally, my internship at Wyndham Garden Hotel by Ramada provided me with
comprehensive exposure to hotel operations, including Front Office, Reservations,
Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Finance. I gained practical experience in guest
services, bookings, billing support, and operational reporting while working with
hotel management systems such as Opera, Fidelio, Protel, and POS systems. This
experience strengthened my understanding of hospitality standards and reinforced my
passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced
environments. My strong communication skills, multilingual abilities (English, Arabic,
Urdu, and Hindi), and collaborative approach allow me to interact effectively with
guests, colleagues, and management alike.
