Interior Fit-Out Project Coordinator / Interior Designer

Eight years in interior design and fit-out, five of them in the UAE.
Currently coordinating fit-out packages at Nsar Al Sehra Building Contracting for Emaar (Address Downtown, Emaar Sales Centre, The Lakes Club), Majid Al Futtaim, and Dubai Holding Community Management. Delivered a 5-star fit-out at Address Downtown while the hotel remained open to guests.
I run projects end to end: tender and BOQ, the full AutoCAD drawing package, procurement and vendor coordination, site supervision, snagging, and handover.
My background is in interior design and AutoCAD draughting, so I draw the package myself and catch MEP and joinery clashes on the drawing board rather
than on site. Joinery fit-out is where I am strongest.
Project values AED 150K to 3.5M across hospitality, commercial, residential and community work.
