I am writing to express my interest in the CAD/CAM Designer & CNC Programmer / Operator position. With over 10 years of experience in high-precision woodworking and decorative interior production—including nearly nine years working in Oman—I bring a solid background in design, machine programming, and workshop operations.
My hands-on experience includes:
Creating 2D technical drawings in AutoCAD and 3D relief carvings and decor patterns in ArtCAM 3D.
Generating and verifying G-code toolpaths, calibrating tools, and operating multi-axis CNC routers and nesting machines using NC Studio.
Cutting, routing, and engraving a wide range of materials, including MDF, solid wood, plywood, acrylic, and aluminium sheets.
Managing workshop workflow, material setups, routine machine maintenance, and project cost estimations.
