I am a Dubai-based professional with experience in quality control, operations coordination, process improvement and business analysis.

I am available for part-time work after 6 PM and can support small businesses with organising daily operations, improving record-keeping and setting up practical management systems.

* Daily job and order tracking
* Staff attendance and task allocation records
* Google Sheets and Excel trackers
* Operational dashboards and KPI reports
* Capacity planning and productivity monitoring
* Quality control, defect and complaint tracking
* Workflow organisation, SOPs and process improvement
* Pending-work monitoring and turnaround-time reporting
