Job Details

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in suitable job opportunities in Customer Service, Guest Relations, Reservations, Reception, or Administration.

With over 8 years of experience in customer service and hospitality, including working at Zayed International Airport and in VIP hospitality services, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills. I am experienced in assisting customers, handling inquiries and complaints, managing reservations, and providing professional service in fast-paced environments.

I am a responsible, adaptable, and customer-focused professional who is eager to learn and contribute positively to a team. I speak Arabic as my native language and have professional working proficiency in English.

I am currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experience could benefit your organization.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,
Razan Abdalla
