Respected Hiring Manager,

I am sincerely seeking an opportunity to establish myself as a reliable and dedicated Camp Boss in the UAE. With 4 years of hands-on camp management experience in India, 7 years of UAE experience across different sectors, and experience managing approximately 1,500 contract workers, I am ready to take responsibility and prove my capabilities.

My experience covers accommodation management, room allocation, worker discipline, grievance handling, HSE compliance, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, attendance, records, and coordination with HR and management.

I am currently on a visit visa valid until 18 December 2026 and available to join immediately. I am willing to work in Sonapur, Al Quoz, Sajja, or anywhere across the UAE.

My expected salary is AED 2,500, but honestly, salary is not my priority at this stage. My priority is finding an employer who will recognise my determination, trust my experience, and give me a genuine opportunity to prove myself.
