Respected Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my sincere interest in the Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor position in your organization.
I have 24 years of total professional experience, including 7 years of UAE experience and 4 years of direct Camp Boss experience in India. During my Camp Boss experience, I was responsible for the accommodation and welfare of approximately 1,500 contract labourers, managing day-to-day camp operations and ensuring a safe, clean, disciplined and comfortable living environment.
My experience includes camp administration, accommodation and room management, worker welfare, catering coordination, housekeeping and cleanliness, stores and stock control, maintenance follow-up, records and Excel reporting, contractor coordination, HSE compliance, inspections and handling different nationalities and workforce requirements. I understand that a Camp Boss must be responsible, patient, approachable and capable of resolving problems quickly and professionally.
My UAE employment visa has been cancelled, and I am currently under the 30-day grace period, which lasts until 20 October 2026. I am prepared to obtain a visit visa and remain available in the UAE until I secure the right employment opportunity. Therefore, I am an immediate joiner and can complete the required formalities as needed.
My expected salary is AED 2,500, but I would like to emphasize that salary is not my main priority. Getting the right opportunity to build my career as a Camp Boss in the UAE is much more important to me. I am ready to work hard, learn your company's systems and SOPs, and prove myself through my performance.
