With over 24 years of experience in retail operations and team supervision, along with hands-on experience in facilities management and soft services, I am seeking to transition my career into a permanent Cleaning Supervisor role.

I have worked as a temporary Cleaning Supervisor at Mangalore Airport for 2 years, where I was responsible for supervising cleaning staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene requirements. I also have experience supporting cleaning operations in malls and commercial facilities within the soft services and facilities management sector.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. My background in supervising staff, handling customer service, monitoring performance, and ensuring operational efficiency enables me to effectively manage cleaning teams and maintain service quality standards.

I am currently in the UAE on a visit visa and am available to join immediately. I am looking for a Cleaning Supervisor opportunity with an expected salary of AED 2,500.
