Im Randika Pathinayaka. Im graduated from HND in Mechanical Engineering at ATI Galle. Im experienced assistant mechanical engineer in fleet maintenance at leading construction company over 2 and half year
In my job carrier i coordinate and manage all preventive maintenance of company vehicles and machines, give planned jobs for teams of technicians, workshop floor supervise, contribute special test like compression test injector test scan diagnostics hydraulic system pressure tests to verify trouble in vehicles and machines, Assist to technicians to troubleshooting the faults of vehicles, Doing test run some times for identify trouble before get repair and after repair for check success of repairs, preventive maintenance record update, job record update, vehicle and machine detail file update, job Card update, job report prepare, Material requests prepare for repairs, checking received spare parts and materials with technicians, Managing spare parts inventory with coordinating storekeeper.
In my job career I got experience with various system repair and maintenance in vehicles and machines like engine repairs ( diesel, petrol ), clutch system repairs, transmission system repairs ( automatic, manual ), final drive repairs, brake system repairs, steering system repairs, electrical system repairs, A/C system repairs, hydraulic system repairs and body repairs.
Also in my job carrier i worked with various categories of vehicles and machines car, cab, suv, lorry, self loader carrier truck, prime mover, low bed and flat bed trailers, dump truck, boom truck, loader, excavator, motor grader, roller, asphalt paver, crane etc
Also i work with various brands of vehicle manufactures like Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Kobelco, Tadano, Hino Komatsu, Sakai, Kawasaki, Sumitomo, CAT, JCB, Renault, Volvo, Hyundai, Bobcat, Case, Dynapac, Hamm, Leyland, Tata, Mahindra, etc.
Also i successfully completed a training program of EFI and hybrid technology.
