12+ Years Finance Experience (8+ Years UAE): Postgraduate degree in finance & CTA corporate and taxation certification with deep expertise in full-cycle accounting, IFRS compliance, financial reporting, and corporate administration within the UAE market.

UAE Corporate Tax & FTA Filing (8+ Yrs Exp): Handling remotely End-to-end execution of UAE corporate tax registration, taxable income determination, transfer pricing adjustments, tax provision calculations, and annual return submissions in line with FTA regulations.

VAT Structuring & Audit Readiness:
Comprehensive management of VAT (VAT201) filings, input tax recovery, reverse charge mechanisms (RCM), Free Zone/Designated Zone compliance, and maintaining audit-proof tax documentation to ensure zero penalties.

Financial Automation & Efficiency:
Proven track record of deploying automated data-matching tools to accelerate multi-currency reconciliations and drastically cut down month-end close cycles.

Core Accounting & Financial Operations:
Hands-on leadership in general ledger management, AP/AR, cash flow forecasting, payroll execution, and seamless internal/external audit management.
