Payment plan.
High return.

That means you are not buying into another crowded tower where hundreds of owners will compete with you later.
You are buying into a boutique waterfront project on Dubai Islands with limited internal supply.
For a serious buyer, this matters.
Because your future buyer will not only ask:

He will ask:
How many similar units are competing with it?
That is where Ocean Crest becomes interesting.
Dubai can build more towers.
But it cannot create unlimited waterfront land.
And it cannot make every building feel private.
Ocean Crest is for buyers who want a waterfront address without feeling like they bought in a mass-market project.
If you are a cash buyer or a serious investor, do not ask me for the brochure first.
