Cancellation (Before Arrival/In-house) / Shortened Stay

1. Non-refundable in case of cancellation within the first 30 Nights and pro-rate will be charged after the first 30 Nights based on the stay days.

1. Above rates are inclusive of municipality fee, service charge, 5%VAT.
2. Above rates are exclusive of AED 10.00 as tourism dirham fee per room per night.
3. Above rate is on room only basis.
4. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any time subject to room availability.
5. Please note that change in the length of stay from the initial request may result in rate change.
6. Above rate is valid only within 24 hrs from the date/time rate initially offered.

4. Water Bottle: One bottle of water will be provided on each scheduled housekeeping service day only.
5. Shower Gel, Body lotion, Conditioner and handwash Dispenser: Will be refilled once in a month only.

Note: additional bottled water will be in chargeable basis.
