Pasha Elite Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for someone who can work independently, attend maintenance calls, identify faults, recommend the correct repair, and complete the work professionally. Main Responsibilities: AC servicing, preventive maintenance and minor repairs AC fault finding and troubleshooting Diagnose AC issues and identify required repairs/materials Basic electrical maintenance and repairs Basic plumbing and sanitary works General home/villa/apartment maintenance Inspect jobs and prepare material/work requirements Complete assigned works safely and to a high-quality standard Communicate professionally with customers Maintain tools and keep the work area clean after completion Requirements: Good hands-on experience with AC/HVAC maintenance Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Experience in general property/home maintenance Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Professional attitude and good customer communication Reliable, punctual and responsible UAE maintenance experience preferred Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage Candidates with experience in villa and apartment maintenance will be preferred
