Prepare, review, and update project-specific Method Statements in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements.
Review and evaluate Material Submittals, Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and manufacturers' documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and relevant standards.
Review technical documents, drawings, specifications, and Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs) to verify compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement project Quality Control procedures, checklists, and inspection plans for various construction activities.
Conduct QA/QC training and toolbox talks for site engineers, supervisors, and construction personnel to ensure adherence to approved procedures and quality standards.
Verify and maintain project quality records, including inspection reports, material approvals, RFIs, NCRs, site instructions, and project logs.
Review contractor and subcontractor quality documentation and provide technical comments and recommendations.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and applicable local authority regulations.
Prepare quality reports and provide technical support during internal and external quality audits.
