Description

I’m selling a Bowflex adjustable dumbbell set and a decline/flat workout bench with integrated weight holders. I’ve used them lightly over the past 2–5 years and they’re in excellent condition with normal wear. The bench adjusts between decline and flat positions and has padded cushions that are intact. The adjustable dumbbells allow quick weight changes and the storage holders attach to the bench for compact setup. Ideal for home strength training and space-saving workouts.
