Description

The Vitus Sommet 297 CR is a high-performance "mullet" enduro mountain bike featuring a T700 carbon fiber front triangle and a 6061-T6 aluminum rear. Built specifically for aggressive trail riding and enduro racing, the "297" design combines a 29-inch front wheel for rolling over obstacles with a 27.5-inch rear wheel for quick handling and extra clearance.
The "CR" tier represents the entry point into Vitus's carbon-framed Sommet lineup, offering a balanced mix of heavy-hitting 170mm travel suspension and reliable components.
