Bubbly is a stunning 9-month-old pure Persian female with a soft snow-white coat and a very playful, energetic personality. She is deaf by birth, but she is extremely healthy, active, intelligent, and full of love. Bubbly was rescued and adopted from near the pet market and deserves a caring forever home that will appreciate how special she is. She is not vaccinated, has no passport yet, and is not spayed. Despite her condition, she enjoys playing, exploring, and spreading happiness everywhere she goes.
