Apple iPad 6th Generation (2018), 128GB Wi-Fi, Model A1893.

iPad is not booting properly. It keeps restarting and goes into recovery mode asking to connect to iTunes.

Possible storage/NAND or logic board issue, but not professionally diagnosed.
