Description

Boska cheese curler (girolle) with a solid beech wood base and stainless steel blade. Used for shaving Tête de Moine and similar cheeses into thin "rosettes". Makes a nice table piece for hosting.

Condition: perfect working condition, the blade and the wooden base are in very good shape. The only issue is the plastic lid (dome), which cracked while moving. It does not affect use, the curler works fine without it.

Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe.
