I’m selling my green velvet L-shaped sofa with chaise. It’s a Homes r us piece, about 2–5 years old and in good condition with normal everyday use. The cushions are still comfortable and the upholstery has minor signs of wear but no major stains or tears. The chaise is on the right side (when facing the sofa) and the sofa has a modern, low-profile design with slim armrests and tapered legs. I’m including the sofa as seen in the photos — it’s been kept in a smoke-free home and vacuumed regularly.
