The Technics SL-1610 MK2 is a legendary, fully-automatic direct-drive turntable produced in the late 1970s. It is essentially the matte-black/dark charcoal version of the famous SL-1600 MK2. Prized for its quartz-locked speed accuracy, suspended sub-chassis, and professional-grade tonearm, it shares many internal components with the iconic SL-1200 MK2.
