Description

Up for sale is a beautiful, vintage Sony STR-6036A AM/FM Stereo Receiver from the golden era of audio (circa 1972-1974). Featuring a classic brushed aluminum faceplate, warm illuminated dial, and a wood veneer cabinet, this is a perfect centerpiece for a vinyl setup.

Key Features & Audio Performance:
• Rich, Powerful Bass: This receiver is highly regarded for its excellent bass response and warm, full-bodied low-end. Equipped with a dedicated Loudness switch, it boosts deep bass frequencies beautifully even at lower listening volumes.
• Classic Sound Profile: Features a capacitor-coupled design, giving it a highly sought-after smooth, "tube-like" sound signature that modern systems can't replicate.
• Connectivity: Built-in Phono stage for your turntable, plus AUX and Tape inputs for phone streaming, CD players, or bluetooth adapters.
• Physical Condition: Very clean faceplate, minor scratches on the wood casing, all original knobs present.
• Functional Condition: Fully tested and working perfectly. Dial lights turn on nicely.
Perfect for audio enthusiasts or anyone looking for a setup with great depth and punchy bass.

Fully quality checked unit to guarantee it functions as it did the day it was manufactured. It is exceptionally clean and performs flawlessly. Quoted price is slightly negotiable for genuine buyers.

Voltage: Please note this is a US-spec 120V unit. It will require a standard step-down transformer to run on the local UAE 220V grid. (Transformer is included).
