Description

The Ubiquiti UVC-G5-Turret-Ultra, commercially known as the UniFi G5 Turret Ultra, is a compact all-weather surveillance camera designed for homes, offices, retail stores, warehouses, villas, entrances, corridors, and other indoor or outdoor UniFi Protect installations.

The camera records at up to 2688 × 1512 resolution at 30 FPS, providing clear 2K 4MP surveillance video. It uses a 1/2.4-inch CMOS image sensor with a fixed-focal-length lens for consistent wide-area monitoring.

Its field of view measures approximately 102.4° horizontal, 54.9° vertical, and 120.6° diagonal, making the camera suitable for monitoring entrances, rooms, building exteriors, walkways, and other broad areas without requiring an excessively large camera enclosure.

For nighttime surveillance, the G5 Turret Ultra features integrated infrared illumination with an IR range of up to 30 metres (98 ft). A built-in IR cut filter automatically assists with switching between daylight and nighttime imaging.

UniFi Protect smart analytics support detection of people, vehicles, and animals, helping users filter security events and reduce unnecessary motion alerts. A built-in microphone also enables audio recording alongside video surveillance.

Network connectivity is provided through a 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port, while power is supplied using standard PoE. The camera supports a voltage range of 37–57V DC and has a maximum power consumption of approximately 4W, making it efficient for larger multi-camera deployments.

The enclosure is manufactured from aluminum alloy and UV-stabilized polycarbonate and carries an IP66 weatherproof rating together with IK04 tamper resistance. It is rated for operating temperatures from -30°C to +50°C, supporting demanding indoor and outdoor installations.

Standard wall and ceiling mounting hardware is included, while optional junction-box and arm-mount accessories can be used for specialized installations.
